01 / Will it actually work for my business?

Will it actually work for my business?

Most operators worry their use case is too niche, too complex, or too high-stakes to hand over to an agent. Here's how we think about that.

02 / Will I lose control of my customer relationships?

Will I lose control of my customer relationships?

Handing inbound conversations over to an agent sounds like surrendering the relationship. It isn't, when set up properly.

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

The agent introduces itself as your business, never as a specific human team member, and it says yes plainly when someone asks whether it is AI. Anyone who asks is also offered a handover to your team. You approve the exact wording on day one.

03 / What's the catch?

What's the catch?

Anything this useful tends to come with hidden costs or commitments. Here's what to expect.

How much does this actually cost?

Pricing has two parts: a one-time setup fee that covers training, integration and staged testing before go-live, and a monthly plan fee set by your channel mix, text only or text plus voice, and your conversation volume. Most operators land in the low four figures monthly once live.

What's not included that I might assume is?

The core deployment covers your inbound channels and the systems we integrate on day one. Anything outside that, such as custom dashboards, brand-new channels added later or complex multi-team workflows, is quoted separately rather than quietly bundled in.

04 / Practical questions

Practical questions

The logistical details that come up once you've decided this might actually be worth doing.

What integrations do you support out of the box?

The major CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and similar), most modern booking and calendar systems, the standard email providers, and the messaging platforms including Instagram DM, WhatsApp Business, Messenger and SMS via Twilio or MessageBird.

08 / Fit

Is Attorus right for you?

An honest answer before you book anything. If the right-hand column sounds like you, we'll happily say so on the call and save everyone the time.

Attorus is a fit if

  • Enquiries arrive on more than one channel, and some go unanswered
  • Calls and messages land after hours, and you're losing them
  • Every booked job or appointment is worth real money to you
  • You want it built and run for you, not another tool to learn

Probably not, if

  • · You get a handful of enquiries a week and answer them all yourself
  • · You want a bot that pretends to be human (Attorus is openly AI)
  • · You're after the cheapest DIY chatbot you can configure yourself
  • · You'd rather not share the business knowledge the agent learns from

Still have a question we didn't answer?

The 30-minute consultation is the fastest way to get specific answers about your setup. We come prepared, no pitch, no obligation.
